You can add up to 100 items in your shopping cart and pay for them all at once. You can also chooseĀ Buy all, orĀ Continue Shopping.

When an order is closed, we will send you an email with a detailed reason for closing the order. You can also find the reason in your account.

Unfortunately, order details cannot be revised after an order has been placed and sent for delivery. You can also askĀ us in the chat box to cancel your order 10 minutes after placing it. Once your order has been successfully canceled, you can place a new order.

Keep track of your favorite products from Avicii by adding them to your wish list. You can create up to 10 wish lists, and organize them however you like.
Note: You can add up to 1000 products to each list at one time. Removed items are not stored.

When an order has been frozen, we will send you an email with a detailed reason for freezing the order.
If you processed a chargeback from your bank account, then your order will appear as frozen. Ā Please wait for the verification result or contact the bank for the details.
If your bank agrees to chargeback, your order will be closed and youā€™ll receive a full refund if the whole process was Avicii’s mistake. If your bank doesnā€™t charge back, your order will be unfrozen and you will be able to continue processing the order accordingly

About the Ticket

To prevent order cancellation, please follow the below steps to submit an appeal:

2. Write a ticket or contact the customer care team with the chat box below

3. Submit the following documents:

ā€“ A copy of your ID if you used a personal credit card for the transaction, or a copy of your business registration if you used a company credit card

ā€“ A copy of both sides of the credit card

Normally, it takes 3 business days for our Order Verification Department to verify your card information after youā€™ve submitted your appeal. Once everything is verified, you can continue placing your order.

In case the new order is also closed, please try again after 24 hours. The system needs to take a few hours to update the appeal result.

Avicii Accepts all kinds of credit cards globally. All product prices and delivery costs on Avicii are in US Dollars. However, the British Pounds (GBPļæ”), Euro (EUR ā‚¬), Russian Ruble (RUB руŠ±.), Canadian Dollar (C $), Australian Dollar (AU $), Japanese Yen (ļæ„), Swedish KronaĀ and all theĀ other country across the world areĀ also accepted when you pay with your card debit or credit card.
When you pay by credit card, your transaction automatically gets converted into one of the following currencies: US Dollar, British Pound, Euro, Russian Ruble, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Japanese Yen, and Swedish Krona.
When you make a payment with Boleto (available in Brazil only), usually Ebanx or your bank converts the transaction for you.
In addition, Mercado Pago and Doku also support local currencies in Mexico and Indonesia.
If your bank converts the transaction, usually a conversion fee is charged. Please consult your bank for more details.

If extra money has been deducted from your account, it may due to:
ā€“ exchange rate change
ā€“ service fee or transaction fee charged by the bank
ā€“ the supportive currency of your card is A, while an order paid in currency B may cause more transaction fees. Kindly note every card with supportive currency. Eg: if your card only supports transactions in USD while the order was paid through YEN. The transaction will be converted for further processing and extra money may be required for every conversion.
If you still have concerns about this value, please double-check with the bank if the value difference was caused by the above reasons.

Credit/Debit Card

Please check whether you have placed repeat orders with the same price and same product from the one seller, but only paid for one of them.

1. Check the account page to find all your orders.

2. Find the order that is still awaiting payment.

3.Ā After scrolling down you will find the order section on the account page.

4. Now check whether you have placed any repeat orders.

If you did not place any repeat orders, please contact your card issuer to check whether the payment was deducted from your account. If your bank confirms that the money was deducted by Avicii, please contact us and provide us with your bank statement as we will also confirm from our end.

Wire Transfer

Normally, it will take 5 business days for us to receive your payment after your wire transfer. Please check your order status again in approximately 7 business days after your wire transfer.

Western Union

Normally, payments by Western Union are processed within 3 business days. After this, the status of your order should change to Paid. If this is not the case, please contact us and submit your payment receipt containing the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number).

To ensure the safety of your payment, all orders on Avicii will be verified. If you paid for your order by credit card, this process will take no longer than 20 minutes. Once your payment is verified, we will start preparing your order for delivery.
If after 24 hours your order is still being verified, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Return, Refund or Replacement

To cancel a dispute, please follow the steps below:

Step 3: Click theĀ My Tickets button to cancel the dispute

If the product you received does not match with the displayed product on Avicii, contact us to agree on a solution. If that doesnā€™t help, you can apply for a refund or replacement by opening a dispute. This is how you open a dispute:

Step 1: Sign intoĀ My Account and locate your order

Step 2: Click on the Create A Ticket button on the account page.

If you paid with a credit card, the money will be refunded to your card. It usually takes around 3-15 business days for the money to arrive.
If the refund process is marked ā€œcompleteā€ but it looks like you did not get your money back yet, please check your bank account first. SomeĀ refunds are booked on the date of the purchase.
If after carefully checking your bank statement (as suggested above) you still cannot find your refund, please contact our customer service team.

1. The bank statement should haveĀ anĀ official stamp.
2. Please provide a bank statement from 2 days before the purchase dateĀ untilĀ 10 business days after the (completed) refund date. ā€“ If the error was from Avicii, you will automatically get your refund. This can take between 3 to 7 working days.
ā€“ Ā If Avicii doesnā€™t agree with your refund request, you can propose a new solution or wait for us to automatically escalate your dispute. In this case, we will help you look into the matter and try to find a suitable solution.

Coupons and Promotion

If you cannot get a discount, please check the below reasons:

  1. A limited amount of discounts are available. Distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, you may not get a discount when it is out of stock.
  2. Check the deadline for the discount. As we always have various activities on Avicii, you can join other activities to get coupons and discounts.
  3. Check if you meet the minimum spending requirements. For example, if it shows ā€œUS $7.00 off per US $89.00ā€, it means you can get the US $7 discount only when your order value is over the US $89.

You can get coupons and discounts in many different ways:

In the orange section, you can see the discount the seller offers. During checkout, this discount gets automatically deducted from the order total.

  • How do I get a coupon back?

If you receive a full refund on an order used with AVICII Coupons, the coupon(s) will be returned to you while they are still valid.

However, please note that if you receive a full refund on an order used with a Store Coupon, the Store Coupon will not be returned to you.

Sometimes, it looks like no coupons are available. In this case, you can check the following:

1. Is your coupon still valid?

If the coupon status saysĀ ExpiredĀ orĀ Used, this means that you canā€™t use the coupon anymore.

2. Are you meeting the minimum spending requirements?
