You can add up to 100 items in your shopping cart and pay for them all at once. You can also choose Buy all, or Continue Shopping.

When an order is closed, we will send you an email with a detailed reason for closing the order. You can also find the reason in your account.

Unfortunately, order details cannot be revised after an order has been placed and sent for delivery. You can also ask us in the chat box to cancel your order 10 minutes after placing it. Once your order has been successfully canceled, you can place a new order.

Keep track of your favorite products from Avicii by adding them to your wish list. You can create up to 10 wish lists, and organize them however you like.
Note: You can add up to 1000 products to each list at one time. Removed items are not stored.

1. Type the name of the product you’re looking for into the Avicii search bar. You can search for products by name or features, such as brand, artist, part number, etc.
2. If you have not decided what product you would like to find, you can try to search for the product in the categories section or our promotion product list under the search bar.
3. Narrow your product search by using the advanced search tools.
Note: Detailed product information is displayed on the site map. This information includes product specifications, seller information and buyer reviews.

1. When you’ve found a product you like, make sure you check product specifications and details such as usefulness, size, and color. You can also find more detailed information if you scroll down the product detail page.

2. Sometimes we also offer coupons. You can it on our coupons and promotions page.
3. When you’re ready to place your order, you can click “Buy Now or Add to Cart” and continue to the checkout, or you can add the product to your cart first and continue shopping.
4. If you want to buy all the items in your cart, simply click “Buy All” to place your order
Note: once the order has been paid, you are unable to change the delivery address. However, you can contact us to send any updates before then.

Depending on the service offered, but in most cases AVICII TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR YOU. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Set your delivery address on the address section on the Account Page. You can add multiple addresses on this page and select the preferred destination each time you place an order.

1.    Sign in to your account and go to My Account

2.    Click  Address 

3.    Add/Edit/Delete your addresses

4.    Click Save

Your order cannot be successfully placed due to a potential security risk. Please double-check if any unusual behavior has occurred for this order and then try to place the order again.

When an order has been frozen, we will send you an email with a detailed reason for freezing the order.
If you processed a chargeback from your bank account, then your order will appear as frozen.  Please wait for the verification result or contact the bank for the details.
If your bank agrees to chargeback, your order will be closed and you’ll receive a full refund if the whole process was Avicii’s mistake. If your bank doesn’t charge back, your order will be unfrozen and you will be able to continue processing the order accordingly
